REAL ESTATE:  Matthew Stewart Real Estate has excelled in the Greater Sacramento Real Estate marketplace from the early age of 19, and has the distinguished level of "Broker."  Both his parents have been real estate brokers for over 40+ years, with his mother becoming the #1 Realtor in Placer County in the late 80's/early 90's. Matthew Stewart was consistently a Masters Club volume level producer and in the top 5% of Realtors in the greater Sacramento marketplace (there are over 12,000 Realtors in the Sacramento Board of Realtors).   In addition to being part owner in three successful real estate brokerages, Matthew was the #1 real estate agent for multiple brokerages.  With over two decades valuable eXperience and many hundreds of homes SOLD success, Matthew and his team focus on being the most professional and productive real estate offering in the area.  Being ahead of the game with creative targeted marketing that helps his customers sell their homes faster and for more $$ than the average real estate agent is one of Matthew's driving forces.  Matthew is consistently a top Realtor for sales in South Placer County with cities of focus being Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis, Folsom, Lincoln and many more foothill communities up and down the I-80 and Hwy 50 corridor.  He achieved the level of GRI - Graduate of Realty Institute - less than 12% of agents in the nation and in 2017 became accredited with National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA) (less than 9% of agents in the nation).  In addition to his sales success, he was also the top recruiter for the #1 Keller Williams office in the country.  As a Broker, Matthew was recruited to bring his talents to eXp Realty (the fastest growing real estate company in the history of real estate), where he has a growing sales organization with hundreds of agents spread among 30+ states and four countries. 

 

ENTREPRENEURSHIP:  Matthew Stewart also built a gourmet coffee and tea business where he quickly rose to the top 5% of income earners in the world for direct sales during 2012-2016.  He was one of only 300 business owners out of 50+ countries and over 1.5 million independent business owners to qualify for the "Seas the Moment" cruise incentive with Organo, a direct sales marketing company.  Matthew has a heart for helping others achieve success.  "You help enough other people get what they want you will get what you want."

COACHING:  Matthew Stewart helped coach the J.V. boys basketball at Forest Lake Christian High School to a 55-9 record. This included two league titles and a 42 game winning streak.  He was pursued by William Jessup University (private four year Christian University) to create their men's golf program in 2007.  He was the head men's golf coach for five years before voluntarily stepping down to pursue other endeavors.  From 2014-2015 Matthew traveled internationally, recruiting and coaching business leaders on how to grow networks of fellow entrepreneurs throughout Nigeria and South Africa.  Matthew now is focused on recruiting and coaching real estate agents to greater business and life success who join the eXp Realty platform. He and his business partners have one of the fastest growing and most successful eXp organizations worldwide!

GIVING BACK:  - Matthew and Lexi graduated from Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University (FPU) in 2017. It transformed their marriage and finances so much, they now lead the FPU class at Bridgeway Church - a church of 4,000+ people.  They also host a monthly FPU graduate support group to encourage those that want to continue on the journey of becoming debt free.  Matthew also was the creator of Artrageous, a Rocklin Real Estate community event bringing the community and art together with the goal of raising funds for the visual and performing arts programs (VAPA) of Rocklin.  In just four years, Matthew and his Real Estate team were able to raise about $40,000 - all donated to Rocklin art programs.  Matthew Stewart was awarded the coveted "Artie" award given by Rocklin Chamber of Commerce for outstanding contributions to the arts.

 

PERSONAL:  Matthew Stewart is happily married to Lexi Stewart and has three children.  He loves Jesus, friends, the outdoors, food, travel, golf and basketball - playing full court 3 days a week at 5 am.  He has been blessed to have traveled to over 25+ countries.  Matthew is a born again believer who has a personal and passionate relationship with Jesus Christ.  He attends and is involved with Bridgeway Christian Church in Roseville CA.
